|Registered |12:01:5009-09-2011 Beettoo92If you want to use only one cup of ultra mass there's nothing wrong. AS for the milk one cup of milk contains 8grams protein so if you want to get 90 grams from one cup of ultra mass then you will have to add 7.5 cups of milk. =]
