welcome to pakistans ist BodyBuilding foruam,BodyBuilding is very fastly growing and populer sport in world.As we seen evrey one wants to be like Arnold schewaznigger or to be like jay cutler ,ronnie colemen,Bodybuilding is one of Biggest level of persnol satisfiction i think,

Professional BodyBuilding is a difficult and full time job,as we see professional bodybuilders in other countries like USA or Europe they got evrey kind of support from thier government and private sector or definatly the supplements manufactures,

Unfortunatly in Pakistan were evry sport have funds bodybuilding is supported by government and private sector,we have many talented professional bodybuilders here like Amir rauf(mr,univers 7th.8th),Shoaib Zahoor(mr,pakistan)Ashfaq butt(mt,pakistan),Atif anwar,

these are few individuals showing example of talent here in pakistan,let,s talk about Amir rauf....

Amir until last year was the no. 7 runners up in the NABBA Mr. Universe contest. He is currently on a 3 year muscle mass enhancing sabbatical to bring home the 2010 Mr. Universe title for Pakistan. Without any support from the government or the private sector he has participated twice in the Mr. Universe competition and improved his ranking from no. 8 in 2005 (His 1st ever participation in a body building competition) to no. 7 in 2007.

he is a great example of talent but as i sad he did it with out any kind of financial or moral support from government or private sector.

if he get a full support wich is importent then i am sure he will be mr Universe,Some days agao i watch him on youtube interviewing he ask he spent atleast 15 lacs to prepare for mr.universe,as evrey one know bodybuilding is a costly sport,in out country were evrey one hard to earn thier living how can some one mange this sport,is it mean if any one have talent but due to insufficient supprt he cant do what he want to do,

i want to talk about Shoaib Zahoor(mr,pakistan 2005,06),hafiz khalid,M,haneef,sikander khan,Adnan abibd quraishi,imran quarishi,Qasim butt,Masoom But(win british champion ship in 2005),Atif anwar ,ashfaq butt(Mr,pakistan 2007) some of above represent Pakistan in Muscle Mania universe 2009 and show Good performence,

so we need to Support them AS possible,i hope to See Pakistan on World BodyBuilding Stage.
